In a setting similar to the real world, legendary racehorses are reborn as human-like beings known as "horse girls," possessing horse-like features and athletic abilities. These individuals train at Tracen Academy in Tokyo, aiming for success in both racing and entertainment. A student from the countryside enrolls at the academy, having promised her mother to become the top horse girl in the country. On her way to classes, she visits a racetrack and is inspired by the performance of a racer named Silence Suzuka, vowing to join the same team.
