Ep. 4: Lawrence and Holo flee ambushers to Milone Trading Company while Holo acts as diversion

Lawrence recruits Richten Marlheit, branch manager of the Milone Trading Company, to thwart Zheren’s scheme. Men from the Medio Trading Company, allies of Zheren, attempt to ambush Lawrence and Holo at night. The pair escape to the Milone Trading Company, where Holo serves as a diversion to ensure Lawrence reaches safety. Upon arrival, Marlheit informs Lawrence that the Milone Trading Company possesses sufficient intelligence to dismantle Zheren’s plan, rendering Lawrence’s assistance unnecessary. Compounding his distress, a letter arrives from the Medio Trading Company revealing they are aware Holo is a wolf and intend to surrender her to the Church.
