Rin Rin and Mei Mei discover shared interests and devise a scheme to grow closer to Panda and Handa. However, Rin Rin develops a fever, prompting Mei Mei to shift her focus to caring for him. Meanwhile, Polar Bear and his companions travel to frozen lakes for smelt fishing but become easily distracted. Grizzly manages to catch a significant amount of fish, which Polar Bear then utilizes by establishing an igloo cafe to serve the fresh ingredients.
