Unable to endure the pressure of living with Lum, Ataru runs away from home. During his escape, he encounters a beautiful woman named Sakura, who invites him to her shrine for an exorcism. Subsequently, Sakura secures a position as a nurse at Ataru's school. Her presence causes a stir among the male students, who intentionally injure themselves to visit her. In stark contrast to his peers, Ataru exhibits a strange desire to avoid Sakura, creating a dynamic where he actively steers clear of the new nurse despite her earlier assistance.
