The mining robots on the planet Deimos have suddenly begun to act against human orders. When Dr. Ochanomizu hears the news, he heads for Deimos. Atom is ordered to stay behind, but he sneaks into the spaceship and goes with him. The planet is in turmoil because of the mining robots that keep digging holes without permission.
