Ep. 13: Pinoko Returns to Japan with Sharaku Amidst Twin Brothers' Reunion

Black Jack and Pinoko travel to Africa to find Dr. Kuma, where they meet Sharaku and his father. Concerned for Pinoko's safety, Jack asks Sharaku's father to send her back to Japan, causing her distress. While there, Pinoko encounters Al, now a grocery boy, and his twin brother Niko, who raises his adopted mother's deceased son, Johan, to give her hope. Al falls ill and requires an urgent liver transplant from a family member. Pinoko and Sharaku locate Niko, who agrees to donate despite fears of exposing his true identity to his adoptive mother. Ultimately, the situation resolves positively, leading to the reunion of the two brothers and their joint adoption by Niko's new parents.
