Policeman Cooks visits a family where one of the Children formerly resided to uncover the truth. Meanwhile, Helga and Chit are recaptured on the mainland and returned to Chikao, a situation that displeases both, particularly because Chit is being transferred to a different orphanage. During transport, a speedboat driven by the erratic man from the first episode crashes into their vessel. Thoma, who is nearby, saves Chit from the wreckage. Consequently, Thoma and Chit join forces to launch a new mission to rescue Helga.
