Meanwhile, Spritle and Chim-Chim attempt to build their own vehicle using auto jacks and grip tires. Their creation fails spectacularly, prompting a police officer to remark that he should arrest them for such a pathetic display. The episode highlights the contrast between the dangerous duplicate created by the villains and the incompetent imitation made by the side characters.
