EP 1The Mysterious Dragon Balls Activate!! Son Goku Becomes A Child!?
Feb 7, 1996While Goku and Uub train at Dende's lookout, Emperor Pilaf sneaks inside to summon the dragon using the Black Star Dragon Balls. After Uub departs, Pilaf attempts to wish for world domination but is interrupted by Goku. Frustrated, Pilaf accidentally wishes for Goku to become a child, which the dragon grants. King Kai informs Goku that he must find the scattered Black Star Dragon Balls to reverse the transformation. Goku initially ignores this, choosing to grow up naturally, and reunites with Pan and Master Roshi. However, King Kai later reveals that Earth will explode within one year unless the seven balls are returned.
EP 2Bulma prepares the ship while Pan sneaks aboard, leaving Goten behind for his girlfriend
Feb 14, 1996Bulma prepares the spaceship for Goku’s journey, prompting Gohan to join in order to help locate the Black Star Dragon Balls. Pan feels frustrated and disappointed because she is considered too young to travel, especially after being treated like a child recently. At launch, Vegeta replaces Gohan with Trunks and Goten, arguing that the latter two have grown soft during the peace. Consequently, Trunks must step down from his role as president of Capsule Corp. Feb 21, 1996After Bulma discovers a missing ship component that causes a jet to detach, Trunks executes an emergency landing on the merchant-obsessed planet Imecka. The locals aggressively attempt to sell them goods, and the hotel charges exorbitant fees for every minor service. The group realizes this rampant commercialism stems from the rule of Imecka's new tyrannical king. While returning to their vessel, Trunks accidentally drops the Dragon Radar, which is promptly consumed by a small robot. After retrieving the device, they witness their spaceship being forcibly dragged away, complicating their departure from the planet.
EP 4Wanted Desperado Son Goku!
Feb 28, 1996Pan stores the robot in her backpack while Goku struggles to use Instant Transmission due to his new body. They track the thieves to the palace and sneak inside, but their cover is blown near their ship, forcing a quick escape. After reaching the outskirts, Trunks realizes he still needs a part to repair the vessel. Meanwhile, back in town, they discover they are at the top of Imecka's most wanted list. To make matters worse, a band of military officers arrives to arrest them.

When the king fails to stop them with guns, he sends his best fighter, Ledgic. Goku fights Ledgic, who proves strong. However, Goku's Super Saiyan transformation overwhelms Ledgic, leading to his defeat. The king promises free rent and returns the citizens' spaceships. As the group prepares to leave, they discover that Giru, the robot, has integrated the dragon radar into his system. This allows them to locate the position of their first Dragon Ball.
EP 6Goku Acts as Dentist to Extract Dragon Ball From Giant's Tooth
Mar 13, 1996Goku, Trunks, and Pan arrive on a planet covered in massive flora and fauna to retrieve the first Dragon Ball. They locate the four-star ball beneath a tree, but a giant apple falls on it. A large bird snatches the apple, carrying the Dragon Ball away. The group tracks the bird to its owner, a giant, and attempts to steal the fruit back. The giant consumes the apple, only to begin howling in pain. Goku realizes the Dragon Ball has lodged itself in the giant's tooth. He enters the giant's mouth and uses a Kamehameha wave to dislodge and blast out the tooth, freeing the ball. The trio departs the planet with their first Black Star Dragon Ball.
EP 7Goku and Trunks assist a village plagued by the earthquake-causing beast Zoonama
Mar 20, 1996Goku, Trunks, and Pan locate a six-star Dragon Ball in a village terrorized by Zoonama. The villagers promise the ball if the trio helps stop the giant beast, which causes earthquakes. A local girl proposes becoming Zoonama's bride to halt the destruction, and he agrees to return the next day. Pan devises a plan to sever Zoonama's whiskers, the source of his power, while he is distracted. Since Goku is too short to impersonate the bride convincingly, the group forces Trunks to take her place. The following day, Zoonama arrives to claim Trunks as his bride.

Apr 17, 1996Zoonama returns Trunks to his volcanic lair, where Goku, Pan, and the villager Doma pursue them. Trunks administers a sleeping potion to Zoonama, allowing Doma to attempt removing his whiskers with giant scissors. Only one whisker is severed before Zoonama awakens, still intoxicated by the potion. He attempts to trigger an earthquake with his remaining whisker, but fails, revealing he only predicts seismic activity rather than causing it. As the volcano erupts, the group escapes the initial blast, but lava threatens the village. Goku destroys the advancing lava flow using a Kamehameha wave. Later, the group receives a six-star ball as a reward. The ball glows and flies into the hands of a villager, who reveals himself to be an alien. He takes flight, and a spaceship retrieves him before departing.
EP 9Goku and Friends Lost in Cave Maze While Brothers Steal Dragon Ball
Apr 24, 1996Goku, Trunks, and Pan pursue the Para Para brothers onto a rocky planet after one sibling steals their Dragon Ball. The chase leads into a central cave maze, where the trio becomes separated and lost while the brothers escape to their home world. There, they deliver the stolen item to Cardinal Muchi Muchi, servant of Lord Luud. The Cardinal is furious because he knows the group possesses a second Dragon Ball on their ship and threatens to transform the brothers into dolls if they fail to retrieve it. Meanwhile, the Para Para brothers return to the trap planet to find Goku and his companions under attack by four giant worm monsters, using the distraction to sneak aboard the ship and attempt another theft.
EP 10The Para Para Brothers' Dance Attack and the Stolen Dragon Ball
May 1, 1996After failing to locate the Dragon Ball on Trunks' ship, the three Para Para brothers deduce it is hidden on one of the other three individuals present. Goku successfully identifies a weakness in the giant worm monsters and defeats them quickly. When the brothers demand the four-star ball, Goku refuses, prompting them to transform their armor into stereos and initiate a dance attack. The rhythmic beat paralyzes Goku, Trunks, and Pan, allowing the brothers to assault them. However, additional worm monsters appear and destroy the stereos, freeing the trio. They subsequently defeat the Para Para brothers. While Pan and Giru search the brothers' ship for the stolen Dragon Ball, they accidentally trigger the launch sequence. The ship departs, leaving Trunks and Goku stranded behind.

May 8, 1996Pan and Giru land on planet Luud and use the dragon radar to locate the six-star ball. The Para Para brothers inform Goku and Trunks of their destination, prompting the pair to follow. Inside the castle, Giru flees in fear and alerts the others to Pan’s location. Pan reaches the main chamber to retrieve the Dragon Ball, but Cardinal Muchi Muchi stops her by transforming her into a doll. Just as he prepares to discard her into a giant cauldron, Trunks and Goku arrive. Enraged, the Cardinal turns the Para Para brothers into dolls and discards them. He then attacks Goku and Trunks with a giant robotic lion, which Goku defeats by dropping a boulder on it. The resulting explosion destroys Muchi Muchi, though his whip transforms into his true form.
EP 12The God's Oracle Is A Serious Issue!! Luud Starts Up
May 15, 1996While Goku and Trunks battle Cardinal Muchi Muchi in his true form, Pan is abducted by Master Dolltaki, leader of the Luud cult. During his address, followers discover he controls Lord Luud via remote. Dolltaki reveals Luud is merely a robot but transforms his believers into dolls to harvest their energy. This power source allows him to activate Lord Luud. Concurrently, Goku and Trunks achieve Super Saiyan transformations to defeat Cardinal Muchi Muchi. They proceed to the main chamber to retrieve the Dragon Ball, but Master Dolltaki intercepts them. Having amassed sufficient energy from the dolls, he fully powers up Lord Luud to confront the Saiyans.
EP 13The Mysterious Scientist Myuu and the Father-Son Dynamic
May 22, 1996Luud, though not at full strength, engages Goku and Trunks in battle. Despite his power, his fighting technique is flawed, allowing the two warriors to defeat him. Meanwhile, Daltaki is summoned before his master, Dr. Myuu. Recognizing Luud's impending loss, Myuu orders Daltaki to allow Luud to absorb Pan. When Daltaki refuses, Myuu transforms him into a doll. Consequently, Lord Luud absorbs both Daltaki and Pan, finally reaching his full power. Empowered by this absorption, Lord Luud resumes his fight against Goku and Trunks with renewed energy and strength.

Jun 5, 1996Empowered Lord Luud appears invincible as Pan and the Para Para brothers interrogate Daltaki for an exit strategy. He reveals that a single cell on the robot's chest is the weak point, requiring simultaneous internal and external blasts to destroy Luud and free the captives. The brothers use telepathy to coordinate with Goku. After several failed attempts, they successfully strike the cell at the same time. The robot explodes, causing the trapped individuals to fall safely to the ground. Daltaki flees in a spaceship before they can apprehend him.
EP 15Giru rescues Pan from a desert monster after she runs away seeking a Dragon Ball.
Jun 12, 1996Giru locates a Dragon Ball on a desert planet, prompting the team to travel there. During the flight, Trunks proposes replacing Pan with Goten. Upon landing, a giant snake monster damages their ship. While Trunks repairs the vessel, an angry Pan leaves to find the Dragon Ball alone. Giru follows her, eventually saving her from dehydration and another snake attack. Pan discovers Giru has found a five-star ball and water, leading her to apologize for her past behavior. Goku and Trunks locate an oasis to refill the ship's cooling tanks and decide against swapping Pan. Meanwhile, General Rilldo kills Daltaki on behalf of Dr. Myuu.

Jun 19, 1996Giru persuades Trunks to visit his long-abandoned home planet, where they encounter a deserted city. Suddenly, thousands of robots resembling Giru appear, all recognizing him. After the group becomes hungry and searches for food, they are confronted by the Sigma Force, a group of powerful robots. Giru climbs onto their platform to join them. One robot disintegrates and reforms around Goku and Trunks, trapping them. As Pan curses Giru for the betrayal, the robots, including Giru, fly away to General Rilldo.

Simultaneously, Goku engages the three remaining Sigma Force members. Finding him too powerful, the enemies merge into the Sigma Force Cannon, significantly boosting their speed and strength. Goku struggles initially but defeats them without needing to transform into a Super Saiyan. Observing this defeat on a video screen, General Rilldo becomes furious. He decides to intervene personally and heads toward their spaceship to eliminate the threat himself.

Jul 17, 1996Goku reaches the ship moments before General Rilldo. The General fires an energy beam at Pan, but Trunks shields her and is encased in a metal block. He is teleported to a nearby tower for Dr. Myuu's dissection. Pan attempts to rescue him but arrives too late. Meanwhile, Goku battles General Rilldo while being attacked by sudden robots. Goku transforms into a Super Saiyan to counter the assault. General Rilldo powers up, causing nearby machinery to fly toward him. He merges with the metal components to become Meta Rilldo.
EP 20Goku Surprised by Metal Storm as Rilldo Reveals Planetary Control
Jul 31, 1996Goku and Rilldo continue their battle while Rilldo demonstrates his ability to manipulate all metal on the planet, enabling him to appear anywhere metal exists. Meanwhile, Pan attempts to infiltrate the main tower but is repeatedly ejected by the emergency removal system. With assistance from another robot, she disables the mechanism, yet Giru reactivates it before she can destroy him, expelling her once more. Fortunately, the Dragon Balls are expelled along with her. General Rilldo urges Goku to surrender, asserting that he remains indestructible as long as metal exists on the planet's surface.
EP 21Goku and Pan Turned to Metal by Rilldo While Trunks Reveals His True Plan
Aug 7, 1996During the battle with Rilldo, Pan arrives to report finding the Dragon Balls. Rilldo freezes both Goku and Pan into metal blocks, transporting them to Dr. Myuu’s laboratory for dissection. Giru intervenes, freeing Goku and Pan with a special beam. Before Giru can free Trunks, a robot seizes the block, causing it to break. As Goku and Pan mourn, Trunks appears on a nearby staircase, revealing that the destroyed metal figure was a fake. He and Giru explain that the events on the planet were orchestrated by them. Despite Dr. Myuu’s objections, Trunks opens a secret door within the lab, leading to the true purpose of their elaborate scheme.

Aug 14, 1996Trunks deactivated the life support for Dr. Myuu's creation, Baby, while the scientist attempted a revival. Trunks recounted how Giru freed him from a metal block transmission and created a replica sent to the lab. Baby successfully revived and burst from his container, prompting an immediate attack from Goku, Trunks, and Pan. The smoke cleared to reveal Baby had vanished. Dr. Myuu fled in his spaceship, but Baby emerged from within him, exposing that he had used the scientist for his own creation. Baby crushed Dr. Myuu's head, revealing a one-star ball inside.
EP 23Giru repairs the vessel while the group rescues an injured boy from a crashing ship
Aug 21, 1996Giru repairs their vessel, allowing the group to depart. Rilldo intercepts them, but the trio defeat him with a Kamehameha Wave. They discover a Dragon Ball on a nearby derelict ship and board it to retrieve the one-star ball. Pan notices movement and investigates, finding a critically injured boy. Giru warns that the ship will crash into the orbiting star in two minutes. The group rescues the boy and returns to their ship. Giru transmits a distress signal, prompting a response from a nearby planet. They land and rush the boy to a hospital. Goku suffers from severe trypanophobia, making him extremely anxious during the visit. In the emergency room, the boy awakens and blasts the door away.
EP 24Baby Strikes Back!! Target: The Saiyan!!
Aug 28, 1996Goku rescues a boy from a burning room, unaware the child is possessed by Baby. After possessing a doctor to isolate Trunks, Baby attacks him until Goku and Pan arrive. They had been on guard after sensing Baby's energy. Although they try to destroy him, Baby catches Trunks off guard and possesses him. Just as Trunks aims a blast at Goku, he regains control and redirects the attack. This forces the weakened Baby out of Trunks' body. Baby then escapes by possessing a random woman on the street. With no way to identify which of the thousands of people he inhabits, the three depart in their ship.
