Ep. 250: Old Kai Emerges From the Broken Z Sword to Awaken Gohan

Goku tests Gohan with the Z Sword by throwing a boulder, which Gohan slices cleanly. The Supreme Kai then creates a block of Katchin, the hardest metal in the universe, causing the sword to break under the pressure. Old Kai, who is fifteen generations older than the Supreme Kai, emerges from the broken blade. He offers to awaken Gohan's dormant powers in exchange for a date with Bulma. Old Kai begins a strange circular dance, stating the process will take 5 hours. Meanwhile, Goten and Trunks have mastered the Fusion Dance and prepare to attempt it for real.
